1. Open the software and the activation screen should
appear. Click the Support button
2. Click Run Diagnostics / Send Message
3. The diagnostics screen will appear.
Fill in your email address and type a message in the message-box.
Tick the No check-box and click the Send message button
Once the Send Message button has been clicked please make
sure the Message Sent has been displayed
This will forward us a copy of your diagnostics report to see what the problem is.Ã‚Â It will also forward us your PC ID which providing is the same PC, we will update on the server if necessary to allow you to activate the software
